Geez...start playing my Modulus again....Modulus pops back up. Got my new (old stock) Contour 115 and matching Focus 115 (Thanks to a great TB'er)....Genzler Amplification comes to light! I'm kinda responsible, I guess!

Seriously, though, this is GREAT news! I'm really excited to see what happens next! I already have my sights set on...well, something that Mr. Genzler will come up with! Woohoo!

As an owner of a Streamliner 900 and a Shuttle 9.0, I'm really excited about this!

Personally I vote for a SS/tube lightweight hybrid that can do at least 900 Watts @ 2 ohms

Case in point, I was excited for the Carvin B1000. Then I found out it was only 900 watts @2 ohms, and something like 600 @4. Totally removed it from my list of amps to check out.

Yep, there's a 2 X 700 watt ICE module coming onstream now, and a new 1 X 1200 watt one, for starters.

Actually I'm shooting more for something designed for 3 x 8 Ohm load in one power section (that's 2.66 ohms right?) as opposed to the dual mono 4 ohm minimum approach (genz shuttlemax 12) or the non bridged and lower powered 2 ohm (Puma 1000, Bonafide etc)...ideally 1200w @ 2.66 ohms...just my dream specs, your dreams may vary

Right. Personally I wouldnt want them investing development time and $$ trying to support 2 Ohm loads. I would rather see them spend that on other capabilities and research. YMMV.

OK. I'll concede on weight and power.
Versatility might be improved (for some people) with digital programmability.
Not sure how it could be made smaller without giving up versatility, so I stand by that.

Personally, I'd prefer to see a lot of of these things go back to a slightly larger format, if anything. Little bitty knobs with little bitty labeling really close together make me grumpy, and I don't really need any extra help with that.

Which is why I think the ShuttleMax amps are as small as I'd ever want.

^^^^ This!!! And welcome back to the fray Mr. Genzler. Can't wait to see what you come up with. A Streamliner variant/evolution that was a bit less pillowy/bottom heavy and a bit more mid forward would float my boat.
