Get off my LAWN! "Grumpy Old Farts"

IMHO there's as much life in the backing band as there is in a Jam Butty! :)

I like P&J butties!

Foxes and Fossils: I’d pay the cover charge to support them. You realize that you’re knocking the fossils part of the band. Best not to disparage old people.

Here they are again, maybe you’ll like the playing energy. Better mix.

Had some good news yesterday - I got fired from the band I was in. After all the negatives over the last couple of years I was wanting to be rid of he band. I didn't 'cos a good friend plays the drums and sings in the band. With me having to bring a PA we had to use two different vehicles. Bottom line is that it was daft to drive two hours to a gig, play and then drive two hours back home though Cottage traffic. By the time I got there I was too tired to play well! I can only hope that the BL treats the new guy with more respect and consideration than he treated me

Now you can collect unemployment! You were declaring your gig income and paying taxes on it, weren’t you.

My Dorothy's original Imac finally bit the dust. I tried to repair it but in reassembly my hands shook badly and I tore a connector right off the board.

The machine I'm using at the moment is it's replacement, a newer Imac. As Dorothy loves the Windows game Spider, I bought Parallels 15 for the machine only to find that the Install program won't run on the OSX.6.8. I tried Parallels12 with the same success. I finally got version 6 to install but the key I was given for V15 is rejected. So far I have failed to discover how to get support!! I'm frustrated! My reputation as being able to fix anything is tarnished! :(

I don't even know if I need a Windows install disk! I have one - somewhere!! :crying:

They say that they do everything by hand. How is that digital free?

Nice to know that the old ways are still an alternative.
I always told our clients I used digital manipulation when printing.

I had the good sense not to click that link. Not that it might not have happened anyway. Oh, lordy, I can already hear it starting up in my head. Have to go listen to something else now to get rid of it.

It's now battling it out with George Benson's version of "This Masquerade," which has been in there non-stop since I played it with my jazz standards guy on Thursday. I'm doomed.
Try this possible antidote.

Or maybe, Mike.

Or, perhaps some stuff with the brothers Metheny, together.
