On an average day I'll walk for about an hour or so. And reporting a letter arrived today to inform all my labs are excellent except still mildly (their word) anemic. Did ask the doctor when we met if she wants me to continue taking iron. And there is the answer in the Saturday post.

Speaking of walking. Did you know if you dress as the grim reaper and stand behind others using the treadmill, they'll revoke your Planet Fitness membership?

Do you take B12? I take liquid Solgar B12 with B Complex. Helps me a lot.

Moving slowly since I worked out last night for about 45 minutes. Joined the gym a few weeks ago. Been going 5 days a week. I usually get there about 6pm. Was 20 minutes on the bike and 25 on the different arm and leg machines.
A man I worked with started exercising and eating healthy. He lost fat and added muscle and got all buff looking. He died from a heart attack but he did look good at the viewing.

I'd get tired watching you do all that.

Exercise? Meh. If you want exercise , just come to work with me when I have to trim out a four story townhouse. Two trips to the top to get all my tools up there , at least one more trip up to get the materials up , and two more trips up during testing. Not to mention any trips to replace a tool battery that died or some job super that has questions or an "emergency" that needs to be addressed in another unit.
As to that cat in @Morrighans post above me , I have only one comment............Moo Goo Gai Cat.;)

I had got myself all healthy...lost weight, worked out, ate clean...after decades of lousy lifestyle. When they were prepping me for my triple bypass two years ago, the sugeon said, "If things go sideways tomorrow, you'll be the healthiest dead guy in the building."

Happy Soulful Sunday...

The band lost the name, The Parliaments, when Reviolt Records went bankrupt. George Clinton formed Funkadelic because he couldn’t use the name. The idea of the record company taking control of their band name is abhorrent. The band existed before the record deal, they took the Parliament name in the mid 50’s from a brand of cigarettes. When legal matters subsided, he toured as simply Parliament.
