Get off my LAWN! "Grumpy Old Farts"

I too would like to extend my best wishes for Christmas to all our Old Fart friends.

In my back yard, the Sun is shining brightly and my Weather Station tells me it's 14.8C. Well we can only blame ourselves. We've been hearing about "Global Warming" for decades and have done basically nothing to fix the problem. I only hope it's not too late to repair. :(
If it ever becomes a problem, we should look into it.

This grumpy old fart has finally retired for good an older version of MicroSim that is no longer supported and they want me to buy a $2800 replacement instead. I do not want to learn another version for that price (it's a good bit different) and they discontinued the original Electronics Workbench package that was about $500 and route you right to the new Multisim package. I am grumpy because I have to learn LT-Spice and have wasted a good bit of today doing so... why does each package use entirely different layout approaches and tools. What does one thing in my PCB package does an entirely different thing in this package. Ugh... I'm going to have to have another glass of grumpy juice.

Mr. Horse, I have no idea what you're talking about, but support you 100% on your right to go on a tantrum rant. In fact, it's inspiring. Think I'll go inside and yell at the kids.

Speaking of hair, you know it's not good when they "oops". Took off more than we planned, haven't had hair this short since I can't remember when. Not military short but certainly "cooler" in the winter ;)

I'm thinking hard about going real short next time in. Maybe it will last longer and they get to work a little more for the money.

What happened to the $2.00 haircut? [How's that for GOF'n]
Probably not! :D

Here ya' go!!!

People used to get their hair cut every week whether they needed it or not. I remember when I used to pay four bits for haircut at a shop on the edge of a military base. There used to be lines out the door on Saturday. In the 60's, everything changed, their haircuts went up to 75 cents.

The barber shop that I've been going to for over 40 years currently charges $30 for a scissor cut. I prefer shorter hair but at those prices, I've been trying to convince my wife to cut it.
