Ahem, new Stingrays announced

A lot of nice features and innovation. The nut in the images in your link has T slots. Not something that you can file. The neck has a what looks like an oil finish. The pickguard on the 5 has a nice style.

Like the bass sound throughout the video but the beginning and end especially.

What a difference a day makes. Yesterday everything looked normal. Went out for groceries again today. Today, about 20% of the people in the mall are wearing masks. The disinfecting cleaners are sold out. Water is sold out. Shelves in general are not well stocked. People seem to be hoarding.

My car parking is pretty much empty during the day. It’s like what I’d see on the weekend. Not a lot of people going into the office tower above.

UPS came today. They were supposed to get a signature but didn’t want to go through that.

Friday On My Mind

Thoughts of pizza Friday running through my mind.

This is a unique 1972 arrangement of the song from a Munich based band called Missing Link. The song appeared on their only album called Nevergreen!. They broke up soon after the release and went on to other bands including Embryo and Missus Beastly. Their formula was progressive rock mixed with jazz fusion, and blues.

In the market today I saw the isle for paper tissue was empty. TP, paper towels, the lot. Ask me anything about the Black Death, I'm your gal. Met a lady whose personal study was leprosy. We compared notes and we're all like let's party!

Tuberculosis is big on my personal radar, too. As a young reportress, broke the story in 85 of how TB is making a comeback. That newspaper no longer exists. No wire services picked up my story. Too hot. The wire services did ring me for verification about the cat who received an offer for an pre-approved credit card.

The term reportress seems to have taken on a different meaning today. A reporter that's a temptress. Urban Dictionary: reportress

In today’s world, if a story wasn’t captured on video, it never happened.

He actually did receive a pre-approved Mastercard offer, in the name of Teddy Shepherd. :)

Stinking kids, taking a word I used for irony and making it a Thing.

Speaking of vintage recording, how's 1890?
Passamaquoddy song of the Snake Dance [sound recording] / sung by Noel Joseph | Passamaquoddy People

There are kids that aren’t spoiled, they just smell bad.

In the 1890’s my grandparents were young kids. My grandmother still used her gramophone in the 1960’s. There was magic in that sound. She preferred to travel by train and use her treadle sewing machine. She wrote with a fountain pen. Old people don’t like change but they experienced dramatic changes in their lives. People always fantasized about a man on the moon, but they lived to see it. Perhaps they saw more change than we will.
