Old people cough all the time. It does make people move though. The other day a woman used a tissue while in line at the cash, people flinched. Some got out of line.

It's allergy season here right now, no bueno given what's going on. But at least it's been near freezing at night, which mitigates things a bit.

Carey and I have been sneezing like the Dickens. But we're isolated so not yet worried about that bad virus... Spring is in the air in little Sitka.

I would try another browser. Microsoft Explorer comes with windows so you should have that on your system. I do not have javascript on my mac computer and have no issues with Talkbass image loading. I normally run Firefox, it is available for the PC and Mac.

As for Chrome, it has serious issues and could be the source of the problem. First I would check that you have the latest revision of Chrome and JavaScript. Sometimes an update can fix issues like you are having. You should also let Paul know what happened since turning javascript on, include the Chrome reversion number and the same for your Microsoft OS.
Paul is on it with me...and @alaskaleftybass

New computer won't show TalkBass logo etc

Winkle eating contests on Achill are likely off for the forseeable future.

Everybody to get from street!

But it should be a bull winkle market in due course I reckon.

Some eye candy for ye, a special place for me on Achill Island (which I am very much missing at the moment)

Gorgeous! Wish I was there! Instead of this isolated hospital room. Just because of this reduced Immune system. Forced Isolation. Now I will read the conspiracy theories!

There was a 'pancake house' I went to that had blueberry waffles on the menu. I ordered them. They brought me a waffle with some kinda blueberry compost, er, compote* on top. The menu picture had them in the waffle. It went back. I rarely send anything back, but come on!
*may have been right the first time.

But, this makes it real easy to offer different "kinds" of waffles. Say, for example, they run out of blueberries, they could then offer vegemite waffles in its place. For example.

Actually we're worried about pizza delivery. Here we have young people going house to house collecting money and touching people all over the town. Doesn't sound too safe to me. We'll stick with Tombstone, Red Baron, or DiGennero .....

Among those three, I'll take the DiGiornos...Supreme please.

Another GOF with a dog and a wash your hands message and songs that apply to turbulant times.

GP's comment reminded me of an outdoor concert I went to back in the summer of 2018. Willie Nelson (85 years old back then) opened with an hour long set. Then John Fogerty (73) did a good hour set of mostly CCR songs. The headliner were the youngsters ZZ Top (~69 years old). I am so glad I went. I paid under $50 for the ticket.
