I once sat down heavily on a big rock and boy did my butt hurt!

Old 70's dirt bikes give out butt-hurt, even without falling off. A lot more fun than sitting on a rock, so we just got used to it. I added 4" of dense foam/memory foam layers to my 85 zuk. Looked ridiculous, rode happy. It's sat for a couple of years now with a tear in it's eye from my medical issues that have been happening one after another.
Just bought another amp yesterday. SVT-CL
Hey GOF's if you have a minute I'd appreciate any suggestions on my Ibanez bass neck issue...
Help with neck problem on my cheapo Ibanez lefty

Neck screws and bridge screws: Check.Basics first. Are the neck screws and bridge screws tight? What is the spacing like at the 22nd fret (string height from bridge)? Will the neck level without strings and have the frets been checked for level with the neck straight. Is there any twist on the neck?
Yer gonna love it. Now all you need is an 8 10 to go with it.![]()
First lesson in a musician’s life: Never let the guitar player touch your amp. The requirements of the two differing instruments are way out of his league!![]()
We eliminated the drivers yesterday.. so that is out of the question.. it is the amp.. my first guess is the Phase Inverter tubes.. but on the back.. the left hand bias light was green with a touch of red above it.. I turned the bias about 1/8th and had solid green at idle.. one of the guitar players tried to make them a lil cooler.. but it only made it sound worse that what it was.. I told him to put it back like it was!
Now the next thing.. I will get a new set of tubes.. but what kind should I get, I am a guy that likes a clean tone, no crunch in it.. I run my SB300 clean.. no blend what so ever.. I don't like dirt in my signal.. My dirt is a tad of chorus!

I'm running the stock sovteks in mine and have tons of clean headroom. There are plenty of other tubes that others like but the sovteks work fine for me and are about the cheapest tubes you can find right now.
Going to suggest again that maybe there is something else wrong, and that some professional troubleshooting might uncover the real problem. It might be tubes, but if not, that's an expensive exercise. We eliminated the drivers yesterday.. so that is out of the question.. it is the amp.. my first guess is the Phase Inverter tubes.. but on the back.. the left hand bias light was green with a touch of red above it.. That all changes if you flunk your PSA test!![]()
My memory has been refreshed. I have been butt-hurt, not once, but twice. Have yet to flunk a PSA test but did have hemorrhoid surgery. The first hurt was the surgery. The second hurt was the initial poo. I'm changing my story. Yes, I know butt-hurt.
And food for thought. Undergoing hemorrhoid surgery is like planking, only at a much steeper angle.
