Take care of yourself, Will. People get tested for less than that. How about some details on that "nano studio". If it's for recording and anything like mine, it is what I will be doing this weekend...after I count those appendages!

Oh, and I had my excitement for today, had to get my truck smog checked. :hyper:

A Smog Check! How fun!

The heart of my nano studio is a Behringer Xenyx 1222USB with fx mixer. I use 2 buses to output my instruments and two loopback for monitoring.
I use Behringer powered 12" cabs for mixing.

WHAT??? You said "nano". That mixer is big-time and 12" cabs for mixing. Now, I don't know what to call mine:

All fingers and toes accounted for, all limbs in proper order and all the squishy bits in the middle working more or less as expected. That's good 'cause I've forgotten if I filled out the warranty when I signed on for this ride. Wonder if my Emerald Club perks expired?

Happy Friday GOF's. Please front and center report in on all toes, fingers, appendages and whatever else accounted for. I was out three days very sick. I just returned to work and frankly, I might stay home after lunch. I had aches pains, very irritated sinuses, and a lot of coughing. But no fever so it wasn't the Big Covid-19. Carey's ordered me to bed rest this weekend. I was trying to put together my new nano studio but not this weekend I guess.

So what say ye, GOF's? What is on the schedule for this weekend?

Watching the Indy 500 on da toob, mostly. And I just might give the Scrub Jays a real reason to squawk with my new noise toy:

I would have done that if I could have gotten away with it. There's this rhythm guitarist I know, see, and well, we'll just leave it at that.
Same here, except our rhythm guitarist (who refused to get an amp of his own, thus mooching off anybody he could) was our lead singer, too.

Got my broken tooth fixed this afternoon, now watching the Women's British Open, plan to watch it tomorrow and Sunday, too. Bass playing at some point, too.

Will, take care of yourself. Even the possibility of Covid scares me witless.

Better keep up your strength, lefty. You know what's lurking out there! I just had a great in-person checkup earlier this week. Great blood work, BP, A1C and still losing a little weight. And all appendages accounted for and fully functional! It put a spring into my step after all the depression lately. Not a thing to grump about. :woot:

There's a Bluegrass Jam called for tomorrow afternoon that I was personally, and privately, invited to by the co-organizer who lost his wife just a few months ago. I really enjoyed talking to him about her and the group. I expressed my trepidation at introducing anything virulent to any of these great musicians, since the news says our area is not yet seeing any significant decline in cases. I just dunno. We'll see.
.
Everybody knows the bird is the word, but another good word these days is safety. And good sense. I guess that's two more words.

Happy Birthday! Just turned 68 last week myself, and I'm amazed I got this far. Many happy returns to you.

When a 10-year-old looks at a 17-year-old, there is no telling just how wrong that impression may be :woot:
