Yeah, I also found out that the private duty nurse to which one is married tends to be a bit less tolerant of one's shenanigans, mostly because she's had years of practice in putting up with them. On the other hand, there can never be a nurse more caring.I tried to post a video of me playing to YouTube once, but they said that they have standards even though their standards are exceedingly low.
BTW, I am home now. I told my wife that she gets to be my private duty nurse and that she had to do anything I asked her to do. Let's just say that she was not amused.![]()

It's the palm tree.

Apropos of not quite nothing, I'd love to hear one of these young Turks do a slap bass In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida drum solo.
Yes, but it was groundbreaking in that - who dared to make on cut on a album that long, or play it in its entiretyThe drum solo in that song was always a good opportunity to excuse yourself to go use the bathroom.

on the radio?
Those radio stations then were reserved for the FM band. WABX, WKNR, WRIF in Detroit. DJ Russ Gibb was the master of dead air.Groundbreaking, sure. The album cover was quite interesting, solos, not so much.
I liked it when radio station used to play entire albums, commercial free. What a concept.
