I am not sure that methane has the thrust per square foot to be significant in any kind of propulsion! Sounds to me it is nothing but a lot of stinky hot air!

Depends on the pressure buildup and/or reserve. The again, there's always the danger of a "splotcher". In this day and age, I would expect OSHA to require safety warnings: Stand back 50 feet, no ignition source, etc.
