Did some yardy stuff this morning. I think I'll start putting a 'y' on the end of words to change them from nouns to adjectives like the clients on House Hunters. This house feels cabiny, or beachy, or the kitchen feels kitcheny. My favorite of all was some guy looking for a "kiwi feel" whatever the heck that is. The flightless bird, the fruit, or the shoe polish?

Anways, moved three plants from old locations to new locations along with the dirt from hole to hole. Enough of that today!
"Kiwi feel" must refer to a kitchen with two islands.

Worked for a time for a defense contractor based at Alliance airport, North of Ft. Worth. Saw aircraft from all over the world, but the strangest thing I saw was a group of NZ Air Force planes, with their national symbol the Kiwi Bird, emblazoned on every plane!! ??????

Yep, they have a kiwi in the center of the NZAF roundel, and the RAAF has a kangaroo in the center of theirs. Canada has a maple leaf.

Canada has a maple leaf.
Their planes are also a bit smaller...

You GOF's are in fine form this morning! I'm home playing hooky today. Said I was sick but I ain't. Just feeling lazy. No agenda, no home assignments. As soon as Carey dozes off I'm going to watch some action thriller TV. Yawn. Nice weather today in Sitka. Spring has sprung. Someone wake me up when lunch is ready.

I told you that retirement syndrome is addictive! No, it's not just "spring fever". Once you start seriously considering retirement, the world looks, smells and feels different. Resistance is futile! :D
.

My wife finds stuff like "Happiness" and this one on her early retirement forum. Those guys are about as twisted as you all!

That big glass of orange juice will do a body a lot of harm too
unless you absolutely have to have it now like someone experiencing hypoglycemia
Then it's a really good thing
it's that powerful though.

Takes a lot to boot a system from BedState to WorkState
and very thankful for the mid-morning break coffee break

there's a bass player who [ time frame adjustment, current focus is 1981 ] plays a Fire Glo Ric 4001 and he says he took a job at a rendering plant. First day on the job he's shown how to evacuate the carcasses. Evacuate. He takes his morning coffee break as hard and far away as he possibly can, never to return even to ask for a quarter day's pay.

and I thought I'd never laugh again. Then I saw these four guys
