Unless I'm actually doing something, I get about an hour +/- every afternoon*. 'Course I also stay up 'til about 2 AM. I always worked nights-either music or truck driving-so if I go to to bed early(11ish), I wake up at 5 for no reason.Can't do 20 minutes. It would turn into 4 hours and ruin the whole day...
