There is actually a very complex formula based on age, gender, physical and mental condition, but mostly attitude. It's about as hard as designing a T/S cab without software or a calculator (pencil, paper, abacus and slide rule allowed). Only @B-string is capable of doing so.

We have an excuse. When we were built the memory access speed was not in nano or micro seconds, but full seconds. Connections decay and bytes get dropped in the long access time .
