I'm not sure what you're trying to say there, if it's directed to me.

Was referencing Johnny Depp's performance in Fear and Loathing as Hunter S.;-- but, yeah, wanted to give you a shout out. I laughed at your post; he stunk as Tonto and a pirate, and many more I'm sure.
f!
also: that post was directed to Agedhorse's NSA Babysitters... not just all swine who harass the aged
furthermore, I'd really like to know how to get close to the bass sound on Godzilla--that means you Bad Ex!

What made me laugh so much is yes, Johnny Depp really stunk, ironic how much he made playing a lousy version of an Indian! LOL!!
But what really made me laugh was that silly expression on his face! I guess it's my sense of humor.....
Happy Turkey Day! :-)

Guess proof of my true GRumP: I really despise most humans

So, I've had a crew of idiots in the homestead. I've moved back into the crawfish fields years ago to tend to my 70 year old parents--- and because I hated/got fed up with most of the rest of the USA. Anyway, for the last 3 months I've put up with this renovation that my Mom desperately wanted (after watching renovation shows for like three years). Whatever my Mom wants... she gets as far as I'm concerned; she's the greatest lady in the world.

To say the renovation crew has worn out there welcome is not in depth enough... they've done it twice. When I get to my second Anger, it is not good.
So, the only damn thing I really care about in this entire fiasco is a stairway connecting an edition circa 1978. It is steep stairs that are uneven and the bottom is a floor of concrete slab with tile on top. The stairs were to replaced. I told the head "carpenter" JOE, that I had pre-cut stringers and he should use them... I was ridiculous about how I wanted the stairs to be safe, saying things like maybe you can put down a mat of bubble wrap at the foot. But, it didn't happen.
On the way out the door to work this morning, I told him that the stairs were not safe and not to code and told him how to fix it. He wanted to talk about it. I was on my way to work. I told him if he couldn't do it I would. Here comes my Dad to defend him. Okay: I explain to both of them how to fix it... rip it out and frame it properly. Off to work.

Come home and somehow the old man has let JOE keep the death trap exactly like it was... When I confronted Dad about it, he defiantly states: "That's the way I want it." I replied, "Okay, it's your house. When my mother falls on those stairs, though, I'm going head hunting; starting with you... Partner!" Haven't spoken another word to him. And the first chance that he's out of town, I'm ripping the stairs and making them safe.
locked in anger that won't let go,
f!

Going through a divorce many years ago I bought my son a nice Ludwig student kit for his sixth birthday. I figured his mother would enjoy a little background music. Well she turned around and got him lessons with a rival band's excellent drummer. Today my son is an a$$ kicking drummer. And he still has the Ludwig set.
