I've seen a ton of movies in my life, but few movie events were as memorable for me as the release of Young Frankenstein. I was a student at UW-Madison, and they picked it up for showing at the student union theater. My buddy and I went to the early show, only to find it sold out. We managed to get two tickets in the back row for the late show, and went back to his frat house (SO much like Animal House

), fired up the bong we made from a discarded water-based semi-vacuum creator thingy we 'found' around the Chem building, and listened to a 6th-gen cassette copy of the Crepitation Contest. Then a couple of shots of te-kill-ya, a couple more bowls and we headed to the movie.
About the hardest I'd ever laughed in my life.
Old Zipperneck!
