I can get a very similar effect with my EHX Micro POG- DRY-full, SUB-1/3, UP-~1/2 and I don't hafta f---* with extra strings to try to keep in tune in 90% humidity.

With the original P-Bass ashtray you had to unscrew it and turn it around (PITA); at least with the Rick concept, all one had to do was a variation on the Curly Shuffle.

It's to the growers' market this morn.
Engaged Friday with the Head of School, some faculty, and alumni for the first time since I graduated. "DR!" I exclaimed. "I haven't heard anyone say DR in 46 years!" While all on the Zoom were new to me, and I to them, I felt very good about it. How amazing, for a moment, to recall the teacher who taught me how to use a fountain pen.

Ah DR was a dorm, and still is. I lived there!
Better worded than "first output of the day" which is vague and open to interpretation.
We went three whole days without rain! Three - count 'em! Rain again the next several days. We'll probably be singing a different tune come July and Aug.
I'm so glad we had that sprinkler system installed in March. It's run two times since. Two - count 'em!
Fitting for today. I was checking news a couple of days this week and wish I hadn't. I need to stop that.
