Well, I sat with a strap. I used the guys guitar combo in an apartment at low volume. Ergonomics are great! It’s very comfortable to play. It sounded a little thin with his guitar combo…but that was expected.

When playing thru my amp at home, at a decent volume…it has a nice and full tone. I love the PU placement.

But, it looked and felt awesome rite?

I knew a similarly spoiled laptop that would refuse to eat anything but roast beef. They tried and he wouldn’t eat anything else. They would cook a roast every week for the dog.

What brand of laptop? I want to make sure I don't get one of those. Does the roast beef jam up the USB port?

One of our past cats (Ted) would eat pretty much anything - any meat, green beans, corn, bread, whatever. He liked bacon so Mrs GT bought some Beggin' Strips, you know, tastes just like bacon. She gave it to Ted and after about one second he spit it out. Not fooling this cat!

We have never had or seen a cat like Ted. Everybody's buddy, like to be picked up. If he were a dog he would have been a black lab.

Working on an arrangement of "A Foggy Day" for the arranging class. I found a lead sheet with the verse that few people play. That will be most of the intro. Anyways, it's marked for the style/tempo. The verse is marked "moderately, rather freely" - okay, I understand that - medium tempo, rubato. The chorus, what folks usually hear, is marked "brighter but warmly". What the heck does that mean? Gotta love the markings on older charts - Lively, Joyfully, Slow with feeling.

The only thing I can suggest, having played the song umpteen times, is 'the way you usually hear it'.
One of my 'favorite' markings' on a stock is on "Pennsylvania 6-5000". On the three chorus where you get progressively softer before the last 'shout', it says "die out each time". Possibly not the best marking for a bunch of retired cats.

Sounds like Ted is related to Charlie (RIC - Rest in Catnip). Charlie was a blue point Siamese. He was one of the finest beings I ever had the privilege of knowing.

One of the catnip plants I put in survived the lawn crew, who is very free with spraying. They have no idea one plant to another. They don't care. They're not paid to care. But what were they doing behind the house?

Sparky our dear little deaf min poodle (who may be 16 or 17 but since he's rescued from the pound we're not sure) will eat any damn thing, including parts of your fingers if he get's excited enough! He especially loves bananas and bits of iceberg lettuce. He only picks lightly at his standby kibble bowl, preferring to save his appetite for whatever else he can scrounge during the day. But he never steals any food. Never... I can leave a sandwich right under his nose and if he knows it's mine, it stays mine! (-He doesn't really have to steal I guess, he's got us trained so darn well...)

I don't think so. All of their vaccines are up to date. I just need current certificates of health from my vet. I think that's all I need. I'll have to check into EU Pet Passports. Thanks for the tip.

I used to cross that bridge a few times a day in the early 70s. Lots of ways to mess up on the US side for sure. I have a lot of TB-unfriendly stories about that bridge and the Customs orifficers guys on both sides, oh man.

An uncle used to live in Buffalo. About an hour drive from there was Rochester and House of Guitars. At the time it was an amazing store.
