They say that a mechanical watch needs cleaning and lubrication about every five years.

Military watches are nice but expensive. I have an old Swiss Army that keeps on ticking. Speaking of which, Walmart has good deals on Timex watches.

My dog knew exactly when it was 4PM and his dinner time. I wasn’t quite that good.
Yeah my cats are the same way. Mike's boids...probably all turn and give him the evil eye in unison at mealtimes. He *could* resynch his Seikos to that every morning and evening.

Considering the last three weeks, not surprised this happened. Able to keep water down since Sunday morning, and now able to keep food down. Yay. Awake at this hour feeling I've turned tbe corner. Big antibiotics. MRI in ER Saturday shows the blood clots are dissolving. Body's stressed... coming round

Who needs drugs when there's bizarre dreams to ponder

[dream] I'm in Achill (Ireland) and walk through a door to find myself on the other side of the bay. As I look for the door back I watch men going to work in a mine as large rocks fall above the entrance. All the doors I find seem to go nowhere and I find myself on a salt marsh. My right slipper gets soaked. I find a man and explain I need to get to Ennistymon. (That's weird because Ennistymon is in Co. Clare and Achill is in Co. Mayo.) He says he can't help, and I declare I'm going to hitchhike back. As I make my way to the road, the city I'm in is unrecognizable to me [/dream]
