I should just leave my clock on daylight savings time all year round like some areas do. Although last November, it didn't mess with my head like it normally does. Hopefully it won't next week. I suppose that if you don't know if you're coming or going, the time doesn't really matter.

Couldn't tell you. Only watched part of one episode of Seinfeld twice. Well-meaning friends said "gotta watch this" and eventually watched a bit. It was the poet shirt episode. And like, naaaww. And my friends are all like, well, you didn't catch a good one, give it another try! Some while later in some hotel room switched channels on the television machine (a distinct personal rarity even then) and saw a Seinfeld episode starting. Oh, I remember so-and-so recommended this, but last time was a fail. Let's see here ... and it was the poet shirt episode.

That may have been around the last time I actually turned on the television machine on my own. And off again. Not only off again, gave the device away to a neighbor friend. Musician, actually,well, singer and she sang at Hunter S. Thompson's funeral. Dunno what she did with the teevee but I ain't seen it again.

You have beat by 1-twice(sorta). I knew what it was from other's descriptions and knew I wasn't interested for a variety of reasons. The only Seinfeld I saw was rerun clips on other shows, which confirmed my stance. BTW, I never liked "I Love Lucy". I know, practically un-American. In both cases, I got it; didn't care.

Yes, we are coping...just dealing with a new furnace, critters trying to escape the flood waters and a leak in the roof. Fun times...thanks for the thought @beans-on-toast. And yes, I am grumpy :banghead::poop::eek:!

Edit: At least we have a home to come back to...not like those that have been flooded out or burned out, like the last years. I keep saying it could be worse and hoping that it doesn't.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that yesterday, my wife came back from shopping and the garage door wouldn't open. I returned awhile later and thought the power had gone out...nope. Had to cut through the front screen door to unlock the latch, opened the front door and found a broken spring on the garage door. Four hours later, that was fixed. I could go on but it would make me more grumpy...;).

What? Wouldn't they be Springing Forward when we're Fallng Back, and vice versa, since their seasons are opposite ours, and ours are opposite theirs? I mean now, for instance, we're gonna be Springing Forward as our days are getting longer but, since the days are getting shorter Down Under, wouldn't they be Falling Back?
