@rust_preacher
I am with you.
My dad suffered of an agressive kind of Alzheimer. He lost memory of anybody and anything during the span of three years. He didn't even notice that he lost his son, my younger Brother, who was 32.
Dad died of a mayor stroke at the age of 69.
So you start counting... Do I have 15 more years....?
So I srarted becomming an grumpy old fart - in time. Just to give my two boys an impression, how it should be with a really old dad.
OK, I used to live healthy, lots of sport besides making music, I wear second Dan Shotokan Karate. But I had to stop because of
a herniated disc. Neither sports nor lifting or pushing gear was the cause. I had the first h.d. at the age of 14, second at 22. Must be something with my spine. Worst thing about getting older is the time is getting longer to cure that s*it.
Music is the best, this was said by Frank Zappa. And it helps our brains to stay young.
Let's end like this: "Too old to die young."
