One day I decided to cook some beef kedneys for my dog. I didn't know that you're supposed to soak them before cooking to remove all urine traces. The place reeked of cow pee. He enjoyed them anyway.

@Morrighan ever have yourself some steak and kidney pie? When I was at the University of Washington I used to go to a British Pub called the Unicorn. They did the restaurant up like an old English pub. Served local microbrews and English beers long before it became popular. One of my favorite meals was the steak and kidney pies. I hope one day to get to London to try a real one, and the other bucket list item is English fish and chips on a newspaper!

I'm going to guess the urine smell caused him to enjoy them even more. I am, sadly, too aware of that factThe dopes are even tolerant of skunks.
Dogs love smelly cheese. Smelly anything.
Spam and eggs FTW!Been so long since I've eaten Spam I couldn't say if I like it or not. But there's enough memory to remind me it's a close cousin of Vienna sausages. So going to take a pass.
... ever eat canned stew from a vending machine for "dinner"?
... or eaten those pickled sausages sold at the p̶u̶b̶ lemonade stand?
... ever fuel a day on only coffee and Skittles?
... ever wake up on the floor next to an empty bottle of Magic Shell?
You can have my share. You're not going to like this, but as a result of a stint in a salmon cannery (Kenai, maybe), I grew to hate, hate, hate salmon. It took me quite a few years to welcome it back into my diet.
I think dogs like smells because they are territorial. They roll in things they find in their territory so that they'll be carrying an olfactory signature of their territory around with them. But I base this on absolutely zero science, so take it with the grain of smelly salt it might be worth. What do you reckon the evolutionary advantage to that is? Maybe some sort of olfactory protective coloring?
Sounds pretty offal.Today a spork is a utensil which is a combination of a spoon and fork.
I imagine that Spork is made from pork offal: the internal organs, lips, ears, nipples, brain, etc. A nearby butcher shop sells pig feet, ears, heads, belly, fat, and tails in the front window. The rest is inside.

You guys are making me feel like I need to eat some spam now.Spam and eggs FTW!

Nah, I'm way more interested in the perfect margarita. Strictly as an intellectual pursuit, of course.
