Did it come with the cat pee, or was that extra? My first Rick! Bought it in '73, sold it in '11.
How about deranged?
Where do you find one of those?
I could have bought one of these combo amps many years ago for very cheap!

Oh, NO!! It's a vertical video!

The Oliver? No, not the one I was considering, thankfully.Did it come with the cat pee, or was that extra?
That's pretty cool. I didn't know what it was but it does have that Ampeg vibe thing to it, so not really surprised. Glad to hear about the cat pee. I grew up in a house full of cats and they managed to hit just about any speaker or amp that ended up there.Oh, NO!! It's a vertical video!
Nice playing, Steve.

BTW, for those who don't know what that amp is, it's a Jess Oliver product, produced after his Ampeg days. The head is motorized and lowers down into the cabinet for storage.
I had the factory cover for the Kasino. Played a 2 week gig at a theater, the cover was folded up behind the amp. A male cat 'sprayed' it. Left the cover outside in fresh air for a month(after spraying various solutions on it). Then I threw it away. That's pretty cool. Yup!Better the cover than your amp.
Is it ok for me to ask everyone a truss rod question? Anyone?

Speaking of heavy, I keep thinking about that [perhaps gently used] Ampeg 810 I saw the other day in the B&M with all the new Rumbles. And I just know what that thing will do, and I just know I've no reason for it because of its sheer mass. "Stairs" is exactly what I said to the shopkeeper. That in no way diminishes my desire to crank one up.
The bottle was dusty but the liquor was clean is about how it feels at this age. Little did I imagine in the summer of 67 what I might actually contemplate When I'm 64.

Yeah, I played through a nice Ampeg SVT head a couple of months ago at a festival. It sounded really nice but when I looked up the price and weight, I decided I like what I have. My days of lugging 80lbs around are over and I don't have 3 grand to spend. Oh, well.
