GK Legacy Combos

Intriguing. So now the question is, these are neos. Are they a new design, or are they built around the already existing neo line? And to that, will there be matchung design extensions available?

...and the obligatory, when are they shipping?

I dont think they're crazy high... A full featured 800 watt amp by itself can be spendy. Add a new design on a neo cab. Add all the overhead associated with bringing a newly developed amp through certification, prototyping and production. Then squeeze out some sort of profit, since the MSRP is higher than what your distributors pay for it. My thoughts anyway.

Oh baby....I've been waiting for this announcement!!
I've been waiting for the update on the Plex Preamp update...

Curious on the 212 power..

The switch says on the back w/ no ext that the int power is 400w. Can you get the 800w wo/ using an ext speaker?

I’m guessing the correct detent for that switch is none if you’re not using an ext cab..

I got the 212 and so far so good- sounds great, modern snap with a great low end

Still wanna know abt the power (see 2 posts up) and the standby light stays on after the IEC cable is even unplugged, This last for a min or so - still waiting to hear back from Bob or Jason

Thanks for pointing this out. I was getting ready to get the 212 thinking I would get the full 800 watts. I think I will hold on until that gets clarified. The manual says the 212 is 800 watts but the back of the amp says otherwise. Did you speak to the retailer you purchased it from?
