How would a MB2-500 w/Neo 212 compare to the MB212?

I would imagine very close, but if you look at some of the older threads, Bob G said that while the MB combo's amp and the head version are virtually identical (minus a couple bell and whistles) and also the speakers are the same in the cab version and the combo, the cab dimensions are smaller on the combo.

In most cases, this usually means less bottom, but without doing an A/B comparison, it's hard to say for sure. Word is that the MB210 has plenty of bottom (despite it's small size and weight), so maybe the same will hold true for the MB212?
