Gluing pedals onto board?

I just don’t like how my pedals wobble with Velcro so my question is: have any of you guys used some kind of glue to attach your pedals to the board instead? I don’t mean gobs of sub-floor adhesive, but maybe a very small dab of some type of glue in each corner so the pedal is sturdily attached, but can be removed without too much effort.

Thanks guys – I hope this isn’t a dumb question.

Is that a type of double sided tape?...

Not at all. Your pedals will still be removable like Velcro. (There are a few grades of permanence available, but all are removeable.) I use it for mine. The adhesive on the backside that bonds the pieces to your pedals is much more secure and robust than Velcro adhesive as well. It won’t migrate or slide around.

Look at the pic, how it works will seem clear.

There’s also another brand called Godlyke Power Grip.

In either brand, the mating pieces are rigid plastic, and the grippey tentacles are rigid plastic stems as well. They inter-lock due to the shape of them. Rock solid, no movement what-so-ever. They actually ‘snap’ together. Some cab manufacturers use either of these brands to affix their grills to the face of the cab.

Nah man... just use some plastic zip ties, they're cheap and plentiful because you know you'll be changing out pedals eventually. EDIT; a couple per pedal drawn tight and it will not move.

I used to use zip ties because I have one of those holey boards. I got sick of the limited pedal placement, so I went back to Velcro... The place I work at used to cut the holey boards on our cnc. I got mine for damn near free. I wouldn't have it otherwise.
