The blessings continue. Thanks to @Andy Brown and @TonyP-, I am returning to the land of Ducks, Mouses, and Basses. We're nigh to the eve for a massive amount of pictures. The NAMM shark is ready to navigate the waters of Hall D!

So, what do you want me to get pictures of? What questions do you want me to ask? What do you want me to try out? It's time for me to start looking at the NAMM map and working on my spreadsheet game plan. I'm here for you TalkBass!

If you're attending NAMM, I'd love to meet a fellow TB'er. I've met a few already, and surprisingly they're all pretty cool!

I've pulled up the current NAMM directory. Here are some brands that I'd like to see pictures from. I've looked up their booth number, if that will help you to plan your path. Some brands may have already been mentioned in this thread:

Thanks in advance!
I have also been curious about this.

First things first: pics and reviews of breakfast burritos and that fried chicken omelet I had on your nickel at the waffle joint last year. Unfortunately you'll have to catch me up here for the payback, or wait 'till next year. I think there will actually be more of my stuff on display this year than the last 3, when I attended. You know where to look...

So...you're not going to be at NAMM this year?

Pm contact info here ? If anyone sees something super cool, I’d love the tip. I’m doing lighting design, rigging and a couple of AES sessions. On my short floor list is Marco, Source Audio, Quilter ... and mostly the rest is sound company stuff so I can make BOOM when you come to town ;-) I hear RCf has some cool stuff in the works... (yeah I know... sound company geek)

Right and If you hear of some ubercool performance event, don’t be shy!

I have also been curious about this.

I stumbled across the Anaconda bass booth, met the owner, super nice guy. I played a few of the models he had on display and I thought they were brilliant basses. I could not believe how easily they played and the "attack" from his 4 string J bass line was superb. The owner did mention the price was somewhere just over $3,000 and that kind of surprised me at first. I guess I made the mistake of thinking since this company's booth was tucked away in the basement section, that somehow they wouldn't be as good as the basses "upstairs" .... Yes, I know, that was pretty illogical thinking :woot:

I highly recommend his basses, I'd have snapped one up in a minute if I was looking for a high end J bass.

Good luck.
