Good idea, bad idea?

So I've got a couple of tattoos. I've got a pig and a rooster tattooed on my feet, I've got woodstock from Peanuts on my thigh near my junk, and I've got a prison tattoo of a bass clef behind my ear.

So I plan on getting a tattoo of this soon to tide me over while I get the 2 grand together to do my sleeve. The colors will be a bit more vibrant since I'm deathly pale:

I was thinking of getting this on my right bicep as I'm getting a full sleeve on my left arm. Good idea, bad idea?
