Green Basses, Anyone?

This really is pretty close to the real color of it... Maybe a little less neon.. I painted it with Dupont Nason Spectromaster.

Well, the bass player never seems to get noticed on any of the DVDs I watch. So I wanted something that really did get the bass player noticed one way or the other.
It's not really THAT neon, but it is sorta neon... Well you get the idea. I play it at church 2x a week and always get compliments on the color

Here's my Tradition B45Q-TG (as recently purchased with missing B-string). The body is alder with a quilt top. The neck is maple with a rosewood finger board.The pick-ups are made by Tradition. I'm waiting for a set of DR Evergreens to re-string it. Very light.

[email protected]!!! How can you say GORGEOUS and make it fit that immaculate bass? It has to be almost like a religious experience to play that baby. I LOVE everything about that bass EXCEPT that I don't own it. Man, you got me hungry for one now!!!!!

I was looking at a greenburst Carvin Icon5 that was real pretty, and a Ritter Roya5 in quilt green that words can't describe. Maybe someday...
Ah well..

It's a weird color, Some people say it's green, some don't. Looks different in different light, and probably on different monitors as well.
