based on Brian's comment above and a message I received earlier from another person on the Greenboy Audio organization, my instincts were good. Something has gone wrong.

5 days, still no word from Joseph.
Will probably start the Paypal challenge if I haven't heard from someone by Monday afternoon.

I really don't want to kick a guy when he's down... but don't want to get screwed on this deal. Still want the cabinet, Maybe I'll go directly to one of the other Greenboy builders to get the cabinet done.

I’m in the same boat. If I don’t hear something soon with an eta, I’ll have to file a dispute with PayPal to try to get my deposit back and try another builder

We've seen good builders go bad before. It's a pretty cheap cottage industry to get into. Everything rocks along until a misfortune sees the intrepid craftsman dipping into deposit funds to pay the rent. Wild speculation is what you get when they don't communicate.

So - today was the last day for J Hawk to respond to the Paypal reversal, and he hasn't. So, I'm assuming I'm getting my money back.

On the good news... Scabby Road finished my cab today.

Yes sir. It's a fantastic combination as far as I'm concerned. I don't always make full use of the GK preamp (though the GK tone through the Fearless is what initially sold me), but the power section of the 1001RB run at 8ohms into the F115 puts the amp right at its sweet spot. I use an older, lower powered 1001RB, but the sentiment still applies.

It's my rig for everything, and it's never left me wanting.
