• I’m immune to pink. A buddy of mine had an ESP fiver i would borrow from time to time and the only wood not pink was the rosewood slab and it was a very pink pink. The official color name was shell pink gloss but my buddy called it something i can’t write here without being jammed up for vulgarity. It played real good and after the initial shock i never gave the color a second thought.

Not the only new bass with rosewood, but the new Japanese P bass is just the fretboard.
Plenty of rosweood-neck Fender guitars at GC last time I was there.

Don’t believe the hs is actually black, just dark. These are all 1 piece rosewood I believe. No veneers either.

I have a p-bass that is MK white over ash body with gold anodized guard and an all rosewood neck from Warmoth. It looks pretty good me thinks. The pink / mint to me doesn't work that well.

To me it looks like someone swapped the neck for a nicer one but not a matching one.
