I believe thats one of the earliest classic they made with the oil wax neck instead of the now standard gloss necks, $900 is a hell of a deal.
I'm not posting this cuz it's a hot deal.....
This is at least the 10th bass I've seen that was in my local Sam Ash and then in the GC a mile away (or other GCs in NJ and PA) a week later. I've seen it happen over and over again. The only explanation I can think of is someone's buying used stuff on stolen credit cards and then selling to GC. I've talked about this with people I'm friendly with at both stores and no one seemed to care. I suppose I don't care either but someone is repeatedly getting away with shenanigans.

Doesn't GC need to hold the newly acquired used item for 30 days before selling it?
