The string retainer doesn't look to be in the correct position either. it's on all 5 strings instead of 4. Did it go over all 5 at some point in time?
Mine’s a 2010 and has the older style string retainer (like Lakland uses)

That bridge pickup though...

If anyone is seeking the vintage McCartney vibe, but doesn't want to spend the cash on a 60's Hofner, this Klira Twin Star could fit your needs. I am think they both used Schaller made pickups, as they sound pretty much the same. This has really cool "f" holes, so it may feed back more, but on the plus side it has a volume, a 3 position switch for the pickups and a tone control, while the Hofner has two volumes, and a 3 position tone switch for each pickup.

Great Deal if it a Real Geddy, never seen a Geddy with this type of bridge...[Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

I reached out to GC about this one - they said it is rated as fair due to what appears to be some refinish work on the back. A flash on a camera reveals this. Otherwise it looks black finish but with the streaks.

MIJ Fender Jaguar alert, my local shop has one of the originals from the '04-'08 era in sunburst. No listing online yet AFAIK, seems they've gotten a few used items recently and have yet to photograph. $799 ain't too bad either!

Commack, NY - (631) 858-2388

Played it a bit today, overall in good condition, some dents and chips along the top edge of the board around the 12th fret. Very comfortable to play, the vintage tint on the neck and headstock was yellower than I remember mine being and the rosewood fretboard was quite dark. No discernible issues while I had it in hand, all electronics seemed to function properly.

This isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it is a super bass, at a very good price... NS Designs CR5 for $1330. Tones of tones in these things and very comfortable to play. String spacing is 18mm so very "Fender Friendly". [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

I played this one. Didn’t like the EMG pickups than the standard EMGx they’d come with. EMGx makes the bass IME.
