Well, all companies ask you to return the wrong items, first. Then, when they recieve the incorrect items, they ship out the correct items. That's standard operations for all companies. it's a correct procedure from a business stand-point and I agree with that.
Question is......
Did you accidently or misguidingly choose/click on the incorrect bass ferrules, the first time?
Or did you choose/click on the correct bass ferrules and they screwed up in picking the items?
If you made the mistake, you should have paid for the shipping for returning the incorrect items.
If they made the mistake, they should have paid for ther return shipping. But that's a problem with international orders, they completely lose money in situations like this. But, if they made the mistake, they should have paid for the return shipping.
