Oh you had to go there... So here goes.
Make no mistake, Bass is my primary and preferred instrument. But there are situations where I just want to play the guitar. Most notably on camping trips. I get to be the guy at the campfire playing the guitar... Being the guy at the campfire playing the bass just isn't the same...
I have a few, some are mine, some are my brother in laws...
My electric guitar is a B stock SX Hawk MN CAR. There are some finish / edge issues at the neck pocket, but nothing that regular production Fenders don't see all the time. I paid something stupid cheap like $50.00 for it.
The amp for it was an open box through MusiciansFriend, that has been through plenty of gigs as my guitarist blew out his amp and borrowed this for a while. It's a Behringer GTX-60 50watt 1x12 with a Bugera speaker. It works fine. Absolutely nothing to brag about, but it does its job...
My brother in law keeps his Yamaha F-315A in my music room. Nice guitar to just play around with..
The Rogue 7/8 scale starter guitar was bought as a gift for my former neighbors foster son. It was back ordered, a LOT... It came in after they moved and I ended up stuck with it... Once I find another kid worthy and needing of a guitar to learn on, it goes to them.
The Fender Acoustic guitars. They are...
Mine is the FA-135CE Acoustic Electric (Sunburst) on the left.
My brother in laws is the CN-240SCE Acoustic Electric (Black) on the right.
I still have a touch of GAS, but its not too annoying, for a Les Paul style guitar. (Epiphone Les Paul ES Pro)...
