I parked my Hartke 410XL a couple years ago. It’s at my bands practice space with my HA3500. Love the rig, don’t love hauling it around. I’ve got a 210 combo and a Tech 21 VT BASS head with 2 1X12s that I use for gigs

I purchased a Markbass Traveler 123 cab a few months ago: handles 800 watts, has a 12" spkr, a midrange spkr and tweeter...and it's around 45 lbs...I'm very happy with it...I've also owned a pair of Aguilar 1-12 for years...great cabs, lightweight, but they only handle 300 watts...I can find some Orange and MarkBass cabs here in Brazil, also... Are they good (generally speaking)?
If you are in Brazil, how about Meteoro? I've heard they are not too heavy and sound pretty nice.I live in Brazil, and most is hard to find here. But there´s a store near me that has the Fender Rumble, and they weight a lot less than the Hartke. Guess I´ll bring my D800 to the store and check the cabs out! Thanks!!
ill buy that!!!Hi folks!
I´m thinking about letting my old Hartke 4x10 cab go. I like how it sounds with my Mesa D800+, but it is too heavy!
Any suggestion for another cab, reliable as the Hartke but lighter?
Thanks!
Orange is great amp but if lightweight is what you want, buying orange would be like a vegan going to in-n-out burgerNot sure about bass cabs, but Orange guitar cabs are awesome, some of the best cabs around. They are very heavy though.
I'm guessing the bass cabs are equally awesome.
I would advise you not to look at Hartke cabs, because they do too much vibration to the floor. Take Aguilar, more cheaper TC electronic.
Maybe i had those cabs and the floor - BAD - two times, but that time i had a pretty too much vibration from those cabs on the floor. Never had that situation before and past on others. Not that the cabs themselves are bad in sounds, only that vibration. Please tell us more about this and how those cabs differ in their vibrations.
Congratulations on going top drawer IMO. My only caution would be that as good as the SW112 is, it's going to be a little pressed to give you everything you got from your 410. As time goes by adding a second SW112 or better yet a SW115 will make you forget all about that 410.Hi folks!
After a sudden drop on the brazilian reais/dollars ratio, I´ve decided to order a Mesa Subway 1x12 cab. Will take a while to arrive, but it would be the best choice for me: goes along nicely with the D800+ head and it is light compared to the Hartke. Thank you again for your help!
