Has anyone tried SX basses
Not a single person has ever used an SX bass at any point in history, which is why you'll find no information about them here.

Has anyone tried SX basses
No, it's just something that GRUMPY OLD MEN made up.

Man, TB has officially become the worst place to post a first thread. I dont know if this is his first or not, but why would you take time out of your day to make him feel terrible? TB has become a breeding ground for sarcasm and rudeness.
But to the OP, SX is very common around here, just about as common as Fender. The post with all the links is where you want to start, or contact Kurt at the Rondo Website.
That's absolutely correct - they are a mere urban legend. Much like the Loch Ness monster, bigfoot, etc. You are on a fruitless "snipe" hunt.![]()
dude, Yamaha makes bikes and boats!!!!!!!!!![]()
The OP has received MANY links to the threads he needs - really, lighten up. After that, the rest of us are just having fun - without the inflection of voice or facial expression, some of these comments can be easily mistaken as cynical or sarcastic but I don't feel they were intended that way. Even if some where, it's the Internet - wear your thickest skin regardless. Good old fashioned ribbing is something he'll be seeing a lot of on TB. It's all in good fun. I agree, I've seen some people WAY overly aggressive to a new poster to use the Search function, but I think the ribbing here has been pretty mild & in good nature.![]()
Im not saying this for myself though, Stringray. I have been here long enough to understand the fun and games that go on. But the OP is relatively new, to posting at least, and may not have the same experience. I just feel bad that newer posters get flamed like this for no reason.
We were all new once guys, keep that in mind. I am guilty of posting a "Whats better, J or P" thread. We all are.
Sorry for the rant.

Why do you guys always jump on new members of this forum and reprimand them for not using the half-assed search engine. I mean seriously go to the search engine and type in sx and see what happens!
I love each and every new thread on this subject. I'd rather hear about people's experiences with their SX basses than the latest $5k coffee table with strings.
