Not completely new here I registered at some point not sure I posted. I have been messing around with guitar for a while. I recently purchased a 2005 Fender American Precision Bass with a TC electronics 250 watt head and a peavey headliner 2x10 cab. What I have found is that I enjoy the bass more than guitar. And it’s not for it’s supposed simplicity because anyone that knows music knows that no instrument is easy they all take work. I’m just enjoying the sound more. I think my rig is adequate for a beginner and I hope you agree lol. I’m 46 years old I work in the medical field. I’m going to start looking for a bass teacher locally. That part is easier said than done. I’m finding a lot of guitar players that say they teach bass but I want a bass player to learn from. If any of you know of someone in South Florida ft Lauderdale area let me know.
