They allso made their own speakers... or didn't they? Were those rebranded? Curious minds want to know.

I've conducted some very extensive research into this over a long period of time* and concluded the following ...

Loudspeakers were also designed and manufactured in-house with cast Magnesium Alloy frames under the supervision of HH Acoustics [led by acoustic guru Ed Forme], in order to match the quality of the amplifiers and speaker cabinets.

I have owned two HH single 12" guitar combos, an 80's 'Power Baby' that had a great overdrive circuit...could conjure up Mick Ronson tones, even with a Telecaster, and currently a slightly larger L 100, which needs some work. I've always wondered how much of the classic Buzzcocks material featured HH amps, as they're on display on the "Singles Going Steady" cover photo. Bassist Colin Moulding of XTC used HH heads on tour circa '79/'80.

Just aqcuired a powerbaby myself. Are the bassbaby and powerbaby pedals interchangeable? Someone offered me a bass baby pedal (original).

I actually saw one in Bolton, UK a few years ago. Must have been built in the 70s. Remember the neon green logo? Nearly bought it out of nostalgia. Those things were indestructible.
