holy **** check this bassist out!!!

I'm gonna have to agree that anyone who is offended by these comments chooses to be offended by them. I have diabetes and a speech impediment and South Park made fun of both at the same time in a recent episode and I laughed. If you can't laugh about stuff then you have problems.

thank god you don't type with a speech impediment :hiding:

ok....i'm going to hell now.

Well, consider: He's playing a bass player's rendition of a guitar solo with screamin' distortion on a Jazz bass. He's going to be somewhat limited in what he can and can't get away with, and so he made the rest musical as best he could. Of COURSE the distortion is appropriate. :)

Onearmed, you need a foam hammer to fit over your right appendage for when you play. ;)

I'm sorry, I did not read the whole thread before I commented. This was just funny.. I have worked with Special Needs people for a large portion of my life. Sense of humor is a great thing.
To be fair, I didn't lose my hand, i was simply born without it (losing it would be much worse).

I'm not sure the NHS would fund a puppet for my arm, BUT hows about I draw a face on one of my socks for my next video? :D

thanks for the props, guys :) enjoyed the puns, even if I have heard them all before ;)

Nice job on the bass, but you're going to have to contend with THIS guy to be called One Armed Bandit. I worked with him for couple years. He's still gigging out in Oklahoma as OAB.

Very inspirational. Onearmedbandit have you heard of Jeffrey Marshall bassist of Supercool? He has no arms and plays with his feet despite not having all of his toes (or fully functional legs) either. Sings and plays harmonica too. Below is a link to a page on the Supercool website that has some videos.
