Horrible Stock Colors

To me, it's so mismatched in burst colors that it's just looks ridiculous. Doesn't blend at all.

I think some people are confusing flashy and ridiculous with ugly. I wouldn't play a flashy or ridiculous bass, but I also wouldn't call them ugly as they fit in perfectly in the right setting. Where there is just no setting where an Antigua finish is attractive.

OK, after perusing all five pages, my vote for worst of the worst goes to the baby-s*** brown P-bass on page one. That's...just...awful.

There are definitely some ugly basses and colors here but that Antigua ain't one of them. I would like to see one of those with Rosewood fretboard.

It's cherryburst (my favorite finish with red & black cherry burst), and it's still gonna look good to me. I love it.

That baritone squier they recently released looks pretty good.

Sorry, don't mean to offend. No troll intention whatsoever. Probably great playing basses.

I was horrified the first time I saw the Antigua white color and then even more horrified that people actually liked it again enough for the re-issue. Goes to show there is a bass for every player.

As a owner of many Warwick's over the years and the current owner of a Warwick, I can say they've done great job of creating some of the ugliest finishes I've ever seen in recent years. All this rust crap is just horrid looking. Hans Pee Pee Wilfer has pretty bad taste a lot of the time. He should stick to what made his basses what they are.

Some stock colors I would not buy, but I can't think of any that I absolutely detest.

It's "custom" paint jobs that usually make me want to puke. Example:
