Just cheese. I hate all condiments except barbecue sauce and on sandwiches and burgers a little bit of mayo so it's not really dry, so there's nothing to put on hot dogs for me.

Kosher, of course. Minimum of at least some mustard - almost any kind will do. A couple pieces (like little pieces) of onion just for flavor. Sometimes a bit of cheese, sometimes a bit of chili.
If it's one of those Costco jobs, sauerkraut.
