How do you like your hot dogs !!!

+1

Yesterday, Opening day for Giants B-ball we got our free hot diggities at work lobby.
good times:)

NICE! I had a dog at Candlestick Park a few years back that I still remember as being the best dog I've ever had. I've heard great things about the Dodger Dog, but that one at the Giants game was stellar! It doesn't matter what's on it, the best dogs are always at the ballpark! Tomorrow night the season opens for our AA team, and I've heard they've changed up the dogs a bit. I can't wait!

I know what hummus is, but what are zhuk and tchina?

Cherie :)

Zhuk is a combination of the spiciest spices you can find (Green hot pepper, red hot pepper, garlic, and other spices like salt and perhaps even black pepper). What I like about the original Zhuk made in Yemen is that it actually TASTES GOOD, compared to other spice-ers that really ruin the taste of the whole dish.
Zhuk is pronounced simply as written. Z as in Zoro. And the H should be heard very well. Like. Z-CHHHuk. :D

Tchina is a dip that usually goes together with Hummus, is made of Sesame seeds but is strictly not for everyone. Just like some people who dislike the taste of mustard or mayonnaise or whatever. :)

Well, it all sounds very good to me!!! I love spicy-hot stuff, and I love the nutty flavor of sesame.
