How Do You Set EQ?

Ladies and gentlemen, absolutely great responses and feedback.

Went through my owners manuals to identify knob frequencies and installed all this good information on my amp dials.

My tone is now what I’ve been playing with for years, and your help here figured it out for me.

the graphic EQ 'smiley face' settings sound good in the bedroom, but on the gig, i use more of a "smirk."

e.g., i end up with variants of: , , , , etc...not really kidding. depends on the room/environment.

Love this. Who knew Emojis work so well for describing EQ curves?
