How do you unwind after work?

I ride my motorcycle to work every day (weather permitting), the ride home is always
a great way for me to blow off steam after work.
On a particularly crappy days, I've been known to take the long way home.

Yeah, what he said. I'm the closing guard at a big bank vault, so it's pretty late when I close up & leave; usually too late at night to do much when I get home but read a while and go to sleep. And, truthfully, the job is about as close to getting paid for doing nothing as you can get. But, after 23 years as a Combat Engineer ('69 -'92), I think I deserve it!

You may want to read the book "How to work for an idiot"

I exercise first then find an activity that does not involve work in any way shape or form.

I'm geyting older and it seems there are more idiots than ever leading the US workforce.

There are also more idiots IN the US workforce, but that is something we work hard to maintain.

I lift weights in my garage. It is amazing how easily stress leaves when the mental stress of doing some really heavy squats faces you. Makes working for idiots seem like a walk in the park. Immediately after that, I eat dinner with my wife.
