I honestly think I'm 'solid' and 'dependable' but compared to those guys on youtube I'm rubbish (including those kids you see). According to other local (non bass player) musicians, I'm 'fantastic' but I think this is mainly due to the lack of bass players locally with decent gear or any interest in the bass as their first instrument. With a lot of bass players locally the bass is they're 2nd or 3rd instrument and their bass gear is usually of the Squire/Behringer variety.
