Two: Mesa WD-800 and a GK Legacy 800. Both are 2-ohm capable, and I use that capability.

There’s also a classic GK MB 150 combo , and a Hotone Thunderbass I was using as a headphone amp. That was replaced with a PhilJones BigHead amp. I have two practice rigs , at the inlaw’s I use the e500 with a PhilJones C2 cab. At home the Aguilar 350 into an SL112. For rehearsals I use my main rig , a Monique preamp into the Forte but into a Barefaced One10. For gigs I use larger Bergantino cabs. Almost picked up a Darkglass MicroTube a little while back. The Streamliner was serviced by agedhorse , and is like a new amp.

At minimum I would own three heads: one primary, one backup (or second primary), and a third as second backup in case one of the others went out of action (I'm paranoid that way).

Reality is that I own too many amp heads... Because I Can:

• Reiner Amplification VHF 700: all-tube hand-wired front end, Class D power module, Jensen DI
  
• Reiner Amplification Studio 1200 (same as above)
• Darkglass MT900v2 LE
• Darkglass X900
• Fender Rumble 800

Combos:

• Fender Rumble 40 (for practice at home)
• Fender Rumble 100 (if I need a mini amp for a mini gig)

Two. My first one which was a Behringer BVT5500H, and my second which is a Carvin BX700. The first did everything I ever needed it to do while playing in a pop punk band. The second was supposed to be an upgrade but for some reason it's just WAY too loud, even with the volume low, only used it a few times with my last band before I stopped having time to perform. If I join another band in the future, I'll likely be replacing it.

I have not seen this head in person in a number of years. I loaned it to a guy who went west for work and has not come back. We keep in touch and he said he’ll bring it back when he comes back to see his folks, so I still think of it as mine.
SWR Basic 350
Had this since 1990 and used it 3~5 nights a week on a Hartke 410XL for close to ten years and only a few times did I wish I had more amp.
Carvin BX 500
IIRC I got this one around 2008 and used it quite a bit til around 2015. I recently hooked it up and it made a loud pop and went silent when I flipped it on. Trying to decide if I want to fix it or buy something else, then I hooked my Basic 350 and decided since I’m not playing out right now, I’ll wait to get something new when I have an actual need. I’m going to take the Carvin to a local guy who has done work for several friends and they were all happy with his work and pricing.

Rocking an old 400rb and while it is good, I’d like something that could go to 2 ohms. I’d also like a different flavor of sound.

I don’t need a lot of watts. Interested in either old amps - SS or tube hybrid - as well as newer production amps.

I play with a pic, tube to Eb and lower. Use some OD/distortion in addition to clean playing so I’m looking for something that works well with pedals.

Ten counting rack with preamp a power amp.

Of which brands? Sunn, Traynor, Sound City, Fender, Genz-Benz, Yamaha, Warwick, or Earth? Sold the Marshalls, Hiwatt, a Model-T head(which I wasn’t planning to do, but I got an offer I couldn’t refuse, from a 20-something)and a full Plush rig not too long ago. Then there’s my ‘66 Vox AC-30.
