Thanks blkpwdr,

It's red, however the picture is yellowed a little. The neck wood isn't that yellow and the red isn't that orange, but it's not like Candy Apple, I think it's Fiesta Red. It plays like a dream and there's not a mark on it, just my fingerprints.

I bought it used from a nice gentleman for $170.00 with the hardshell case as Pictured. The only thing I did was change the strings to D'Addario EXL170's.

Gorgeous color and a great price!!

7...had 8, gave it to a coworker's son who's really deserving and a good kid...kind of a pay-it-forward kinda thing. Fralin stacked pup, hipshot bridge...the thing rocks, he loves it. My first Frankenbass I put together. I don't know who had more fun, me giving it to him and watching him or him getting it.

I own 1 bass has I am saving for a older p bass..i don't like to own more than 2 ..it makes me nervous owning alot of stuff, especially when I'm not even in a band..getting better on 1 bass is more important to me then playing average on a dozen..

At one point I owned up to five electrics and one upright at once. Then I realized that I can't play them all at the same time (I'm generally not a collector of things), so I made a rule to not own more than three at a time. My current "collection" consists of a Fender Precision Lyte Deluxe (I've had it since 1991; it was the first bass I ever purchased with my own money. I'll never get rid of it), an Ibanez SR300, and an Ibanez SR500. This is also the longest stretch I have gone without owning a fretless, though I am Jonesing for a Warwick fretless Starbass.
