I have 2 basses; my Ibanez GSR190 that I got on Craigslist for 40 bucks with an amp, and a Squier VM short scale Jaguar that I bought at the end of last year. I think I may sell the Ibanez or give it to someone, though. I adore my Jaguar.

Are those inlays regular MOP? They look to have a little gold hue to them. I like it.No. 63 and not a Dean....

Not a blemish I can find on it. Finish is first rate. Looks like Wilkinson hardware all around which I’m guessing is MIC.
Controls all check out with smooth operation and no crackling or static.
Neck is thin and feels great though I’d rather have a satin finish on the back of the neck than the gloss finish.
Worth every penny or shilling

I've actually been tossing around the idea of getting an Ibanez Mikro bass.
I want a short scale to require less stretch and shorter runs on some songs, and I think the Ibby would do what I need.
Plus, it's less expensive than the lefty violin basses I've found.

- 1985 Epiphone string thru body Precision copy. Bought two weeks ago for $65. Gutted the pups and electronics. Replaced with EMG GZR pups, pots, and output jack. Also put Fender road worn knobs and thumb rest on it as well as DR strings. Custom made truss rod cover arrived after this pic was taken.
- 2018 Ibanez SR400EQM bought new last August from Sweetwater
- 2012 Ibanez SRX2EX2 bought last Monday for $150. Went from the pawnshop to the house to the gig all in a few hours with no changes or adjustments needed whatsoever except for dropping the tuning down a half step.
- 2000 Cort Curbow Signature Series. Traded a Peavey 1820 cab I had for sale for it back in 2016. It's the bass that got me back into playing after a 14 year hiatus. It's also the bass that I first used once I got back into gigging last year and led me to buying the 2018 Ibby SR400EQM. It's basically retired now even though I did drag it out for about an hour last night.

At this point in time I'm down to 3. Two SR5's one fretted one fretless, and a Fender Pro pbass 5 standard. I can cover any gig or recording session with one of these 3.
I have a 1979 Peavey T-40 because that was the one that the pawn shop had when I bought it in 1989. I have an Ibanez Soundgear 350 because that was the left handed one the store had when I bought it. I would have been a lot better at playing in 1989 if I knew I needed a lady handed bass.

Great shape for 21 year old Epiphone Les Paul Standard Limited Edition.
Was posted on TB with a question as to whether it was legitimate.
Price was right on CL so I jumped on it. The owner worked for Gibson in the '90's
#65 (skipped over #64 as its just a Dean Edge 09 that I want to experiment with different mods)

A fender jazz, Lakland 3tbs hollow body, a fender p bass, and its all i need tell i get more money and think of another story to tell my wife why.
Here is my group of "mistresses", as I call them. They all have names, and will say to my fiancee, who lives with me, "I am going out with my mistress tonight". She always responds "which one"!!! LOL

Now for the rest of the story.
I have bought, but not yet received (coming tomorrow) a 1987 Kubicki ex Factor, in gun metal grey (dark). Am very excited. I am beginning to believe this buying of basses, as of late, for me, is a disease!!!!! I have sold several lately to help with the cost of the Kubicki.

Had to change my vote because I now own a third bass, a project of unknown origin which requires some serious nursing back to health, including fixing a vicious headstock crack.
