How many pedals on your board?

Main board has 12, with 6 of those being utility pedals or controllers.
Small board has a preamp, dirt and tuner. I use this one for recording and upright.

In about 13 hours, should, hopefully, be acquiring another pedal, and it may kick one off, and it has already kicked one off, so currently 12 plus 2 expression pedals, which I don't count, but my wife certainly does. It was 14 for a good while, just like a golf bag should be, and if those that have come off are not sold, I may have a small board of 4 pedals.
So, what's the consensus on expression pedals? Do they count here for the purposes of this poll? Then would an Expressionator? DMC Micro?
Oh, and I have absolutely used each pedal at a gig. Well, last gig was a year now, and a couple pedals are new, but they wouldn't be too experimental or anything. Only time I was hesitant on something being too much was the Rainbow Machine. The short time I had it, I did engage it a few times, but I never engaged the Magic button outside of soundcheck or practice. That was a bit too out there. But, in general, to extend the golf bag simile, they're tools for getting the job done. I'd love an EHX Ravish Sitar, but I would never use it, except farting around at home, and probably not even that as I didn't dig it on bass when I had the opportunity to test it out for an hour, so no way I'd give up a huge chunk of boardspace to something I wouldn't use.

Main board has 8 - comp, od, fuzz, chorus/doubler, ef1, phaser, ef2, clean boost.
The second one has 4, which vary a lot based on the gig. For an effects-heavy gig the 4 will have a couple of octavers and drives and run it before the main board. For smaller gigs I might put some drive or modulation on it, maybe an EF, and a cleanish boost.

I have to small boards, can split things up, and only bring what is necessary.
There are 4 on one board a tuner, a compressor, an octaver, and a chorus. Then 3 on another a synth, a phaser, and a looper. Then two separate ones, that can be inserted where necessary, a bass whammy and a real nice tape echo. Easy to use and can be as extravagant or as minimal as necessary.

5 not counting the wireless and power supply. All on all the time. MXR 10 band EQ, BBE mini, Darkglass alpha/omega, Markbass compressore, and a G2 decimator. These are for the death metal band I'm in. I don't use pedals in the rock banda I play in.
I didn't think multiple boards was very popular. Sounds like I've been hanging around the wrong places!
Two boards - one with three (Noble preamp, Helix Effects, expression pedal) and a smaller board with 5/6 depending on the layout - tuner, HPF, EWS BMC, Source Audio C4, and a preamp (currently an EBS Valvedrive but soon to be a Master Effects Super 300. I have a few Preamps that I swap in and out so I will add a Lightning Boy TI or Radial JDI as needed. Also just picked up a Blaxx Bass Limiter that might find a place.

Technically, I have only 2 pedals on my board. But one of those pedals is a Trace Elliot Transit B, which has 5-band EQ, overdrive, compression, tuner, and DI (and some other features, all in one pedal). The other pedal is an EH Nano Pog.
I had to vote 6-10 and 10-15 because, well, I have exactly 10. 
However, only half are used as actual effects. The other half are "utility" pedals. The chain is:
