I just have to know: Do you bring a back-up bulb with you to shows? Why or why not? While on that topic, is it cool or trashy for me to put stickers on my bulb? I can see both sides to that debate.

Also, I really feel that my bulb is just too bright. I'm looking for something more subdued. What about a black light? Good/bad experiences? Thoughts about its effect on the multi-colored unicorn? Do you feel it would be appropriate for my Zeppelin tribute band "In the Light"?

I don't know, is this a fake? The tuning threads don't look like reverse threads, no staked filaments.

Looks like an after market refinish in soft white. Look for the paintstick mark under the filament.

Had to pass out eye protection to prevent damage.

I was wondering if I should use custom eye wear to prevent damage to my eyes- I see tracers all the time now. Or is it okay to use mass produced glasses?

My erb (extended range bulb) gives off light below 390 nm. Just because you can't see that color doesn't mean I can't see it.

I have a cabinet with four x 10 W incandescents. My guitard is blinding me with his four x 12 W cab. If I want to put out more light, would i be best off with a second 4 x 10? Would it be ok to hook up my old single 15 W, or would that cause phase issues? Also, if i decide to go with a new fluorescent cab, is it bad to mix incandescents with fluorescents?
